Kaushal shares that over the past two and a half years, YES BANK has overcome numerous challenges and achieved outstanding results. The bank stands at the forefront of the financial sector with remarkable growth and a complete turnaround. To align with this progress, YES BANK embarked on a journey to redefine its brand. Starting with consumer and stakeholder research, the bank discovered that the positive perception of the brand and its familiar elements, such as the blue color, red tick mark, and the name “YES BANK,” were deeply loved by customers. Leveraging this strong foundation, YES BANK collaborated with professionals from the McCann agency to develop a new narrative and design language that reflects the bank’s soaring growth and resonates with its consumers.
The refreshed brand identity features vibrant colors within the blue and red family, enhancing the brand’s digital friendliness. The fonts are also smoother, providing a warmer online experience. With these revitalized elements, YES BANK is poised to continue delivering exceptional products and services that connect with customers across all segments.
