Welcome back. KPIT Tech is the stock on our radar, up by 2.7% after announcing its partnership with Honda in the area of software-defined Mobility. KPIT will now provide all the required software for Honda’s cars till 2030, expanding to cover 2000 professionals. This partnership marks the second large deal for KPIT Technologies in the software-defined vehicle space, following their previous $100 million-plus deal with Renault in November of last year.
Software-Defined Vehicles focus on the incorporation of software in automobiles, transforming the driving experience. Instead of relying solely on hardware, software allows for connections, automation, and personalization.
