#### Transcript:
– “When I went to work, it was called the New England Bank Fraud Task Force. The woman at the time running that, Margaret Hinkle, who I think may have an association with Northeastern, was not only inspirational but also acted as a mentor. She constantly encouraged me, asked the right questions, and opened doors that helped advance my career.” – Hoda Abou-Jamra

– “Having grown up in a male-dominated tech industry, I only discovered senior-level women mentors later in my career. However, this experience helped me understand how to succeed in a completely male environment. While I have wonderful women mentors, the most important mentor in my life was a respected colleague at Lotus. His advice still guides me today.” – Chris Cournoyer

– “Mentorship goes beyond hierarchy. Throughout my career, I have found mentors not only above me but also below. I believe in seeking feedback and understanding how others perceive my actions. Embrace the environment around you and learn from everyone, regardless of their position.” – Dr. Elvira Ponce Leon

– “My mentorship started at home. My parents, both pioneers in the medical field, instilled in me a sense of compassion, balance, and the importance of listening to others. Surrounding yourself with a supportive family and friends environment is critical for success in your career.” – Dr. Nancy Simonian

– “Mentorship can greatly contribute to self-confidence and career advancement. My mentor in a previous role taught me valuable lessons that I still carry with me today. Prioritization and seeking feedback through active listening are key to finding success in your field.” – Wendy Warring
