# Celebrating Distinguished Black Business Leaders and Innovators: Disruptor Summit 2023
Welcome to the Disruptor Summit 2023, where we honor the remarkable achievements of distinguished Black business leaders and pioneers who have made a significant impact in their respective industries. These disruptors have shattered boundaries, blazed new trails, and built sustainable communities through their innovation, creativity, and business acumen.
In this video, we announce the winners of the Disruptor Moment Contest, where participants had the chance to showcase their disruptive ideas and win cash prizes. The 1st place winner will receive $15,000, the 2nd place winner will receive $10,000, and the 3rd place winner will receive $5,000. We also recognize the recipient of the Teenpreneur Award, Mason Wright, Founder & CEO of Mason’s Super Dogs, and the Social Impact Award winners, Ryan Wilson and TK Petersen, Co-Founders of The Gathering Spot.
Furthermore, we honor the recipients of the Business Disruptors Award, Lamar Tyler, Founder of Traffic Sales and Profit, and Mahisha Dellinger, CEO & Founder of CURLS. Their achievements have not only disrupted the status quo but have also inspired others to make a difference in the business world.
