Alonso guides us through the mission and vision behind Startup Wise Guys, an early-stage investment company that has been running a b2b acceleration program for over a decade.

With over 260 startups and more than 600 founders, Startup Wise Guys has a well-oiled machine with a team of passionate and value-driven individuals. Comprising of 60 people from 22 different nationalities, with ages ranging from the 20s to 40s, the team is an epitome of diversity. In fact, 49 out of 65 employees in the company are females.
