Welcome to the Grand Finale of the SME Unplugged 100 Go Digital Series! We want to express our gratitude to all of you who attended and stayed tuned throughout this long but fruitful journey. In this final episode, we had a lineup of esteemed speakers who shared their experiences and insights on various topics.

Azlan Zainal Abidin, Chief Enterprise Business Officer of Celcom Axiata, discussed the Group’s experiences and assured SMEs of the assistance available from MDEC and Celcom Axiata during the pandemic. Puan Sri Tiara Jacquelina, Film Producer & Founder of Enfiniti, and Sarah Lian, CEO of Suppagood, shared their struggles and insights in the Creative Arts industry and emphasized the importance of sensitivity, care, and engagement with customers.

Nurul Afidah Zulkifli, CEO of Mimpikita, talked about spreading positivity through their presence. Dato’ Seri Dr Azhari Yakub, Group CEO of IJN, addressed the challenges of adapting patient care to comply with new operational restrictions during COVID-19 and the consideration of patients’ financial constraints. Marcus Tng, Marketing Manager of TimeTec Cloud, shared tips on remote working and optimizing productivity using digital tools.

Today, in our grand finale, we will focus on designing a battle plan for mitigation strategies and business continuity during and post-COVID-19.

The first speaker, Azlan Zainal Abidin, Chief Enterprise
Business Officer of Celcom Axiata, shared on the Group’s experiences while assuring SMEs that MDEC and Celcom Axiata are offering various forms of assistance during this pandemic.

Part 6 also featured the likes of Puan Sri Tiara Jacquelina, Film Producer & Founder, Enfiniti, discussing challenges in the Creative Arts industry and her struggles during COVID-19; her sentiments were echoed by Sarah Lian, CEO, Suppagood who expounded on sensitivity, care and engagement with customers. Nurul Afidah Zulkifli, CEO, Mimpikita also shared on spreading positivity through their presence.

While far from being an SME, IJN’s Group CEO, Dato’ Seri Dr Azhari Yakub, shared that IJN had to quickly assess and adapt their patient care to
comply with the new operational restrictions. Thoughts on patients’ financial constraints were also foremost in their planning.

We also had Marcus Tng, Marketing Manager of TimeTec Cloud, who shared on Remote working and ways to optimise productivity using Digital tools.
