In this video, witness the protest demonstration by the Confederation of Government Employees towards fulfilling various demands at the doorstep of the Gajapati District Municipality in Paralakhemundi. Led by the President of the Gajapati District Branch of the Confederation of Government Employees, Rajeev Kumar Padhi, the procession started from the Kalyan Mandap near Biju Patnaik Circle and reached outside the district municipality. They peacefully voiced their concerns and grievances, demanding the state government’s attention and prompt action.

As a result, Chief Minister’s intent was implemented through the distribution of a 12-point memorandum by District Collector Rajendra Minj to address the employees’ demands, including permanent appointments, equal pay for equal work, and resolution of other significant issues. However, despite the protest and memorandum submission, the government’s response to resolving these matters remains pending.

ଗଜପତି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ସଦରମହକୁମା ପାରଳାଖେମୁଣ୍ଡି ଠାରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରୀ ଆଉଟ ସୋର୍ସିଂ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ମହାସଂଘ ତରଫରୁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦାବୀ ପୂରଣ ନେଇ ବିକ୍ଷୋଭ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ମହାସଂଘର ଗଜପତି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଶାଖା ସଭାପତି ରାଜୀବ କୁମାର ପାଢୀଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ବିଜୁ ପଟନାୟକ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ମଣ୍ଡପ ଠାରୁ ଏକ ଶୋଭାଯାତ୍ରାରେ ବାହାରି ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ନିକଟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲେ । ସେଠାରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ୟା ଓ ଦାବୀପ୍ରତି ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେଉନଥିବାର ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରି ଶାନ୍ତିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପ୍ରତିବାଦ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହାପରେ ସେମାନେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଧେଶ୍ୟରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଜରିଆରେ ୧୨ଦଫା ସମ୍ବଳିତ ଏକ ଦାବୀପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ତରଫରୁ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ(ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ) ରାଜେନ୍ଦ ମିଞ୍ଜ ଦାବୀପତ୍ରଟି ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ । ଉକ୍ତ ଦାବୀପତ୍ରରେ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି, ସମାନ କାମକୁ ସମାନ ଦରମା, ଛଟେଇ କରାଯାଇଥିବା କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ପୁନଃ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦାବୀ ଗୁଡିକ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ ରହିଛି । ୧୦ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସରକାର ଏହାର ସମାଧାନ ନକରନ୍ତି ତାହାହେଲେ ନବୀନ ନିବାସ ଘେରାଉ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ଶ୍ରୀ ପାଢୀ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମକୁ ନିଜ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଶେଭାଯାତ୍ରା ଓ ଦାବୀପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ ବେଳେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସରକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ଶତାଧିକ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ।
