Its good to set KPIs but can Prasarana achieve it or not. Not even 1yr Prasarana staff hv increased wages plus bonuses, how come?? Salary increases & bonuses shld be tied to their KPI performance, if NOT performing can get salary increment & bonuses, then Prasarana staff NO NEED to Perform at all la.
Good work to improve public transportation system. Not to forget loud noisy traffic on public roads. Discourage motorsports mentality. Becoming uncivilised. Some form of control is required.
Also for KTM
before this dont have kpi?
Yes long time needed. Syabas Minister Anthony Loke.
Terbaik YB Anthony Loke
Also include the punctuality of trains in the KPI
..
KPI kena ada, tapi jika tak dpt dicapai, bos-2 di Prasanah kena letak jawatanlah. Ambil contoh Jepun, apa KPI mereka. Mungkin zero failure?
So you are saying all these time, there are no kpi for them ? No wonder la such “superb” services we have received
don't forget KTM worst
Good move by Minister Transport n also implement ISO stds. 👍👍👍.
