Oh u guys never give up in telling a lie, from the ground it is obvious women dont face any discrimination infact they have more privileges than men and this gender pay gap myth has been busted several times were the reason for this gap to exist was that women chose more feminine,caring low paying jobs like nursing and teaching and also women would quit the work force after they have children so if they decide to return to workforce after several years they are less experienced compared to their other colleagues so they get paid less.
