Ibotta use to clearly have the add more section button, but now it just kind of flashes on the screen, do you tap it ?
The problem I have is that if I have to take a picture, then if my receipt is too long , then I can’t get it all in. They didn’t have the option of adding sections before submitting, and when I folded it so that they could get the date, then they locked my account. Wish all receipts were like Walmart, and had a QR symbol.
I don't think I have the patience to do all this just to save a couple bucks ️☹️ 😭

For the technology that we have today, you think that the stupid stores were in the great barcodes onto the receipts! I have very bad vision and I can't really use this darn app. The app is pretty decent but they definitely need to work on ways to submit the receipts period besides taking photographs of them. I think that they should start encouraging these huge merchant grocery stores and or other stores in general, to go ahead and integrate a barcode on their receipts.

Ibotta is stupid app, they are other apps that’s simple and easy, I tried once it’s too much frustration and it’s not self explanatory on the app. Get rid of it not worth the time

When it ask me to scan I thought it was to scan the receipt barcode 🤦🏽♀️ I was getting frustrated because I was having no luck in scanning 😁 thank you.
