### Department of Employee’s Provident Fund Organization Jammu and District Administration Poonch Collaborate to Raise Awareness on EPFO

In a proactive effort, the Labour and Employment Department GOI, and District administration Poonch partnered to host an educational outreach program on EPFO at the conference Hall Dak Bungalow Poonch. This initiative aimed to inform various officers, officials, employers, and employees from different sectors within the district about the critical issues surrounding EPFO.

The event commenced with Mohd Arif, Assistant Labour Commissioner Poonch, offering welcoming remarks, with Deputy Commissioner Poonch Yasin M. Choudhary (IAS) presiding over the program alongside Regional Provident Commissioner Rizwan ud Din. The event witnessed robust participation, signaling a united front to address EPF-related challenges.

Deputy Commissioner Poonch underscored the significance of social security schemes and assured immediate action to ensure their effective implementation at the grassroots level. The collaboration between the Department of Labour & Employment and District Administration Poonch reflects a concerted effort to educate and empower both employers and employees on EPFO matters.
